Do I need to make an appointment to get quick service?

No.  No appointment is needed.  We have over 25 technicians to serve you.  We write up your repair order generally within a couple of minutes after you arrive.  We usually start working on your tractor within half an hour after we obtain your authorization to start the work.

Do you do preventive maintenance?

Yes.  Our Service with Lube includes changing your oil,  you have a choice of Shell Rotella (15-40 wt) or Chevron Dello (15-40 wt); replacing 2 oil filters, 1 fuel filter; greasing the tractor; adjusting the brakes and checking the transmission and rear end oil levels.

How long does it take to perform most routine items?

Most work is done while you wait.  Large jobs such as a clutch or transmission replacement may be completed the same day if work is started by 8 A.M.  Engine inframe are completed usually in four to five days.

Is there a charge to use your customer facilities?

No.  There is no charge for using the customer facilities.  You can use the showers, laundry and computer facilities including internet access (DSL line) at no charge.  We also have a great theater area with over 100 hundred movies to choose from free of charge.  You may also use the dining room including microwave and have coffee at no charge.

What type of engine are you qualified to work on?

We have experience technicians with significant experienced in Caterpillar, Detroit Diesel and Cummins engines.

Do you have any parts on hand?

Yes.  We have a large parts inventory including engine parts, seals, brakes, clutches, 5th wheels, transmissions, suspensions, water pumps and many common parts for Freightliner, Peterbilt, Kenworth, Volvo, International and Isuzu tractors. 

Do you extend credit?

Yes.  We can give you up to 30 days to pay for your large repair needs.  Credit is granted on an individual case by case basis.  We will be happy to discuss with you our credit program.  We take all forms of payments including T-Checks, Comchecks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Debit cards, personal and company checks with appropriate identification.

Do you have a shuttle service?

Yes.  The shuttle service is available at no charge for use of customers.  The shuttle can be used to take you to a motel, restaurant, home or yard in the Fontana area.   Additionally we also pick up and deliver tractors in the Fontana area free of charge.
